Welcome to Flownext. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. Please read these terms carefully before using our service.

  • "Flownext," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the Flownext company.
  • "Service" refers to the Webflow-to-framework conversion service offered by Flownext.
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to any person or entity using our service.

3. Use of Service

3.1. Eligibility

There is no specific age requirement for using Flownext. However, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3.2. Responsible Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or in any way that violates these Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. User Data

The intellectual property of the data you upload and the code generated from it remains entirely with you or the original creator.

4.2. Fair Use

You agree to only upload content for which you have the necessary rights.

4.3. Flownext Rights

Flownext claims no rights to your uploaded data or the generated code.

5. Data Retention and Liability

5.1. Data Retention

Upload data will be deleted after 30 days for data storage reasons.

5.2. Notification

You will be actively notified via the dashboard and email before data deletion.

5.3. Responsibility

You are responsible for downloading the converted code after it's provided. Flownext is not a data storage company and is not responsible for data loss after the retention period expires.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Successful Conversions

No refund is possible for successful conversions.

6.2. Understanding Issues

Flownext is not responsible for lack of understanding of the specific frameworks and no refund is possible in such cases. We offer help in our documentation for better understanding of how to use and utilize the converted code.

6.3. Conversion Errors

In case of repeated conversion errors or significantly poor layout rendering when running npm run dev, we can work together to find a solution. We may ask for permission to review the logs associated with your upload ID.

6.4. Goodwill

If dissatisfied, we are happy to provide more credits for trying. In case of complete dissatisfaction, we will refund the full amount.

7. Abuse Protection

7.1. Verification

Flownext uses an integrated initial verifier that checks the structure of the uploaded data. If this check fails, upload is not possible.

7.2. Prohibited Activities

Any attempts to overload, manipulate, or use the system for illegal purposes are strictly prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
